About Your Teacher

Siobhan is a yoga teacher, nutrition coach, bodyweight and kettlebell instructor and the creator of Healthy Living with Siobhan.  During her journey of teaching yoga for almost 16 years, she has learned to adjust her yoga practice and that of her students for the physical and mental ebbs and flows of life to include pregnancy, motherhood, and injuries to name a few. Her yoga practice and teaching style has evolved over the years to include more emphasis on bodyweight strength as she has found that many yogis lack a balance of strength and flexibility. She now combines her love of yoga, strength training and nutrition by creating customized programs for her clients.

 

Siobhan lives in Richmond, VA with her two boys. She loves to travel, take long nature walks and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
