"I had a great first day of Reset! I prepared and ate the banana/blueberry pancakes (2), Buffalo chicken wraps (2), and chicken thigh/fingerling potatoes/asparagus sheet pan. All recipes were easy, quick and delicious. I drank the required water, did four reps of the assigned exercises, took a 30-minute walk, and took a 1-hour yoga class! I got in 8,000 steps total.
