Tutorials
Step by step videos which break down the poses and movements in an easy to digest manner.
Practice
Put what you have learned into practice with LIVE, guided classes. You will have access to all recordings.

Monthly office hours allow you to connect more deeply with myself and fellow practitioners as well as ask me questions about your yoga and strength training practice.

Why Yoga?
Yoga increases your strength, flexibility, stability, and allows you to connect deeply to yourself and experience a sense of calmness and serenity.

Why Bodyweight?
The biggest advantage of bodyweight training is that by using your own bodyweight as resistance you can get very strong, and can practice anywhere and anytime if you do not have access to weights. Bodyweight is what I like to describe as sneaky strength…
“Prior to my training for the StrongFirst Bodyweight (SFB) certification, I could barely overhead press 5 reps with the 16kg bell. However, after training only bodyweight for nearly 6 months in preparation for the SFB and after passing my One Arm Pushup test, I was able to press 5x5 with the 16kg bell.”
